Additionally, by tracking digital marketing campaigns and feeding back insights from different stages of the customer journey to the media platforms, we enabled Avi Sofer to allocate their advertising budget more effectively, investing in channels that offered the best return on investment.

Guesty, a leading property management platform, was generating a high volume of leads through common marketing channels and optimizing paid acquisitions based on top-of-the-funnel events like website form submissions. To enhance lead quality, they sought to focus on offline conversions occurring further down the funnel—such as demos scheduled, accounts created, and customers acquired—which were tracked in HubSpot. We partnered with Guesty to develop a solution that syncs these offline conversions back to their marketing platforms (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) via APIs. By leveraging their HubSpot contact data, we fed these offline conversion events to the platforms, enabling better targeting of ideal customers. This resulted in improved performance and lead quality, reduced cost per lead (CPL), and enhanced analytical capabilities across the entire marketing funnel.
